[Torok: Dinosaur Hunter]

Torok Sounds from an Actual Movie!

Here are some of my interests:

  • Sarah (my wife). Here is a photo of us in the Poconos, October 1994 and our Official Engagement Picture and a formal wedding picture and a Charcoal sketch version
  • Roller Coasters and Amusement Parks in general.  I am a member of the American Coaster Enthusiasts
  • My Xootr eX3 Electric Scooter for zooming all around Philadelphia. I have also reviewed several electric scooters for Electric Scooter World run by Jerome Byrd.
  • Japanese Puzzle Boxes. I have a collection of five boxes which take between 7 and 59 (!) moves to open. I also have several Kamei boxes (two real, two Bits & Pieces versions). Here is a good page on the subject
  • Juggling. I have been juggling since November, 1985. I use balls, rings, clubs, devil stick, diabolo, machetes, torches, and cigar boxes. See the Juggling Information Service for the most comprehensive juggling information. I juggle regularly at the Philadelphia Juggler's Club
  • Cooking. Desserts are my specialty, though I'll cook anything.
  • Restaurants.  See the Pennsylvania message board on Chowhound
  • Rollerblading.I have been doing 8-mile loops on the Kelly Drive (Philadelphia) trail. This starts at the Philadelphia Art Museum, goes 4 miles up the east side of the Schullykill River and 4 miles back on the west side.
  • Bicycling for fun and occasionally commuting 32 miles home from work. I have a Giant Cypress DX comfort/hybrid, which is a decent city bike. I had a Peugeot racing bike which I had for almost 15 years before I sold it due to lack of storage space in a previous apartment.
  • Photography I have a Pentax K-1000 which I've used since 1985, and a Nikon Coolpix 990 digital camera (replacing a Coolpix 900 which used since 1998).
  • Travel and Vacations
  • Racquetball, though I've only played once in the past couple of years!
  • Origami (expecially during the darker/colder months). I prefer Unit Origami (sometimes called "modular origami".
  • JAVA
  • LINUX
  • I've moved from White Plains, NY to Philadelphia, but I still have an old list of FANCY RESTAURANTS in the Westchester area, as noted by former colleagues who replied to my email.
  • NextWave Telecom Inc.[NextWave Telecom Logo] Here is an old business card. Or try my old business card with JAVA.
